Our History
Auerbach’s Kosher Foods was established in 1993 as a distributor of quality Kosher Meats and Kosher products to the Rocky Mountain Region. We are a fourth-generation, family owned meat business whose parent company Auerbach’s Meat Co. has been in business since 1967. The cattle business goes back to when Abraham Auerbach-obm immigrated from Europe and continued his profession of cattle buying here in Colorado. His son, Ralph Auerbach, worked alongside his father until purchasing LYCO Meat Co. in 1967. Colorado Kosher was established in 2008 by Jeff and Terri Auerbach. Jeff continues to run Auerbach Meats to this day. In Denver, home of Colorado Kosher, 4th generation Julie Auerbach took on the task of providing quality kosher products to her hometown.
